Shipping Policy :

For shipping to anyplace with a U.S. postal zip code, we ship United States First Class Air or Priority Mail - depending on weight. Many orders are shipped the following day. We guarantee shipment on most orders in three working days, however if surf is up, it may take a little longer. Once shipped, it usually takes 3-4 days to the West Coast, 5-7 days to the East Coast, and 1-2 weeks to APO addresses.

We add a handling charge of $3.95 to each order. Orders over $50.00, add an additional $3.95, over $100.00, add an additional $3.95.

Rush orders are shipped United States Express Mail with a two day guarantee. The additional cost is $13.95 per order.

International orders add 15% to the total sale for shipping.

International Order Policy :

On some international orders additional verification of credit card information may be requested. In some cases picture identification, images of the card, contact information for the issuing bank, or other additional information may be requested. This policy is designed to protect both SolidSurfHawaii and our customers. If you have questions, please contact us.

Refund Policy :

If for any reason you are not totally stoked with your underwear, we will give either an immediate full refund including return postage, or replacement upon receipt of the items. We guarantee our underwear to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one full year from date of purchase. Normal fading of fabrics due to regular washing is to be expected.

Materials & Construction :

Our boxers are made from the best materials available by the best seamstresses in Hawaii. The fabrics are all high quality 100% cotton Hawaiian prints. The elastic is knitted, not woven, so it lasts longer in the wash. Each key seam is double stitched for strength and durability. We make our underwear strong enough to withstand North Shore surf, but comfortable enough so you can hardly tell you are wearing any! We are so confident in the quality of these boxer shorts that we offer a full one year guarantee on materials and craftsmanship!
